All files need a valid license and information about the source and author. I checked a few and it seems most files have a license so that is good. This beautiful file does not have a clear source and author: Ficheiro:Paisagem da praia.jpg
It is not in use so it can be deleted without leaving a blank spot in any pages.
There are 97 unused files at Especial:Ficheiros_não_utilizados it looks like they are very old so I wonder if they will ever be used. Perhaps they can be deleted?

I don´t know if there are people interested to save some of this images, but I will save my creations by myself, because of sentimental reasons, but I don´t know if any other author wants to do the same. In anyway, I think that people that uploaded them must have a chance to do the same before complete deletion of them.

I made a list at Utilizador:MGA73/Sandbox of files that is also on Commons. Perhaps they can be checked and deleted :-)
I have also noticed that the w:en:Wikipedia:Image license migration have not been completed. If someone have a bot it is easy to complete. If there are no active users with a bot I can fix it. I just need a bot flag.

I just have grant you a bot flag and aditional status of editor and reviwer. But, about the list you have made, I found some files used in books located here in pt.wikibooks.org.
As first example: the page "Cálculo (Volume 2)/Geometria tridimensional/Vetores e produtos uses the "File:Angulo vetores.png", If all files are located in commons, I can delete them here locally. But, I need to find some time in my schedule to do this.
All the other administrators abandoned the project, I supose.
Hello! As long as the filename on Commons is the same as here it is not a problem that the file is in use. And thank you for the bot flag. But it is better to give it to User:MGA73bot and not my main.
I have now completed the license migration. I also nominated some file pages for deletion. Perhaps we can also add Predefinição:Informação on the pages where there is no template.

I noticed that not all files in Utilizador:MGA73/Sandbox have been deleted. Did you forget or is it because there is an issue? If it is because the name is different on Commons I might be able to fix that easy.
If it is not too much trouble it would be great if you could remove GFDL from MediaWiki:Licenses. I know that only admins can upload files but I still suggest to remove it. There is a suggestion on Commons related to GFDL so I try to get as many wikis as possible removed from this list.
The change will not affect any files allready uploaded. It will only change the drop-down-list users see if they try to upload a new file.

If some of this files have different on commons, I would ask you to fix this, of its possible. I have many problems in my personal life right now... I have a illness condition and some others issues to solve. So, if you can fix that problems of different names on that filhes I whould be very thankfull.

I have replaced the use of files with a different names. If you notice any still in use just skip it and I will fix (I have a script that makes it easy). The files should be in Categoria:!Páginas para eliminação rápida
I noticed two files that seems to have an illegal extention:
If they are not needed perhaps they can be deleted.

I have deleted almost all, but lacks "Manual-Part-I-Interface-Context-Object.png" in [[Categoria:!Páginas para eliminação rápida], because remains some affluent pages aiming it, and my lack of concentration doesn´t helps to find where they are in texts.
About the page: Special:ListDuplicatedFiles, I really don´t remember to know why was created. I can´t imagine if this is usefull in any work.
I fixed it. And moved a few more files to Commons. One of them may look like the file is incorrect but it is because there is a local file that "blocks" the view. If you delete that file it should be fine.
Utilizador:Marcos Antônio Nunes de Moura I think that hundreds of the files can be moved to Commons and deleted locally. If it can be any help I can ask the global sysops to help delete the files. Or if you feel comfortable with it you could make me a temporary admin for 1 month. I'm currently permanent sysop on 2 wikis, temporary admin on 1 wiki and have been sysop on maybe 5 other wikis. See Special:CentralAuth/MGA73. My bot have a botflag so if you can think of any tasks you could use help to fix feel free to mention them. I might be able to assist if there are no other active bots right now.
By the rules established to grant sysop status in wikilivros don't contemplate temporary sysop. So, if you feel comfortable to ask any global sysop to do the tasks needed you can do it.
Great! A bunch of files are now deleted. How do you feel about the files in Special:UnusedFiles? Some are like "Unused? Just delete them all..." other feel more like "Noooo, lets keep them. Perhaps someone will use them one day!". Personally I think they look low resolution so they are not likely to be used.
Some of theese files were removed from the pages where were used by the authors or transfered to commons. I think It's ok to delete them.
