Bureaucrat request on fr.WV

Something strange happened. It seems that the Helder.wiki user already exists on fr.WV. Thus, it is not possible to simply rename the account, because a user name can only be changed to a free one. I just hope you are the one who created this Helder.wiki account on fr.WV.
